Goodvibeplayquill acts as a curator and reservation facilitator; the contractual stay relationship is established between the guest and the chosen property at the moment of confirmation.
- Rates & Pricing: all rates are quoted in euros (€) and may vary based on season, suite category, length of stay, and availability. Quoted rates are non-binding until written confirmation is issued.
- Deposits: a deposit may be required to secure VIP suite reservations, particularly during peak Aurora season and Finnish holidays.
- Cancellations: cancellation conditions are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as specified by the individual property.
- Modifications: changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing.
- Check-in / Check-out: standard times are observed by each property; early or late requests are accommodated subject to availability.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and respectfully. You shall not:
- Use the Website in a manner that violates any applicable Finnish, EU, or international law.
